The Role
You will handle a varied agricultural property caseload covering:
- Sales and acquisitions ofagricultural land,rural estates & farms
- Agricultural tenancies &farm business tenancies
- Land development &strategic land matters
- Renewable energy projects
- Easements, rights of way
- Estate &land management matters
- Diversification projects &rural business transactions
- Advise farmers and landowners, estates and trusts, rural businesses, developers and investors
About You
- Qualified Real Estate/agricultural Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Ideally 4+ years' experience in commercial/rural property law
