AI Data Scientist – FinTech (London) | Equity & Ownership

Oliver Bernard is seeking an AI/Data Science engineer to join an early-stage FinTech in London. You will own the extraction and matching layer, handling highly unstructured financial data, and shape how AI is built and deployed from day one.

The role requires 3+ years shipping ML/AI systems, strong Python, and hands-on experience with LLMs in production. This is a small, high-trust team offering ownership, equity, and 3–4 days a week in London.
