Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and model training.
• Evaluate model performance, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights.
