Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for applications such as prediction, classification, and recommendation.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI techniques.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with SQL and working with large databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
