AI Deployment Engineer

iO Associates are working with an organisation, who have expanded in AI deployment and infrastructure, so are looking for a permanent AI Deployment Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of the technical backbone that ensures AI solutions operate seamlessly at scale. As part of a high-impact team, you will transform prototypes into robust, scalable systems that underpin critical business functionalities, making a tangible difference in the way their clients harness AI technology.

• Proven experience with Python and SQL in developing production-grade data pipelines
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and systems connecting SaaS platforms, internal databases, and third-party APIs
• Excellent debugging skills with high regard for data integrity and system reliability
• Competency with Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Knowledge of real-time streaming systems like Kafka or Flink (desirable)
