Job Description
As Nettle’s first dedicated deployment hire, you will lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise deals for global insurance carriers. You will bridge the gap between product and customer, designing the playbook for multi-country rollouts. This high-impact role offers a direct path to leadership as you build the company’s deployment function.

What You Will Do
- Manage complex, multi-month, and multi-country enterprise rollouts while maintaining relationships with senior executive stakeholders across the insurance industry.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, translating field insights into actionable requirements for the Product and Engineering teams to improve the core platform.
- Drive operational efficiency by creating reusable deployment artifacts and ensuring customers achieve maximum value and adoption after the initial implementation is live.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, customer-facing enterprise B2B deployment, or operational roles within a high-growth technology environment.
- Possesses deep domain knowledge in the insurance or insurtech sectors, with the ability to speak the language of underwriters and risk engineers fluently.
- Is AI-native and comfortable leveraging technical tools like the terminal, Claude Code, or Cursor to scale personal productivity and implementation speed.
