About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled AI DevOps Engineer to join their growing technology team, working entirely remotely. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure, pipelines, and tools necessary to support the development, deployment, and operation of AI and machine learning models at scale. This role requires a strong understanding of both DevOps principles and the unique challenges of MLOps, ensuring robust, efficient, and reliable AI systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to streamline workflows and accelerate innovation. This is a critical role for anyone passionate about enabling cutting-edge AI development through seamless operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model deployment.
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models in production.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including version control, testing, and logging.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on AI/ML environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of machine learning workflows and MLOps principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.
