AI-Driven Enterprise Architect, Pre-Sales (UK&I)

ServiceNow seeks an Enterprise Architect to join our UK&I Team. The role leads architecture and design engagements, articulates the value of a single cloud platform, and guides customers from CIO/CTO level down to practitioners. You will drive workshops and co-create industry solutions with customers, partners, and the sales team.

You will leverage TOGAF/IT4IT frameworks, influence senior leaders, and help shape AI-enabled transformations across manufacturing, retail, and services sectors.
