Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ethical principles, policies, and governance frameworks for AI systems.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and training to development teams on responsible AI practices, fairness, accountability, and transparency.
• Monitor industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging ethical challenges in AI.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI systems meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Establish processes for auditing AI systems for bias and fairness, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, Policy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, governance, or a related compliance role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and potential ethical risks (e.g., bias, privacy, accountability).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in AI and data privacy.
• Ability to translate complex ethical and technical concepts into actionable guidance.
