About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join their growing team in Bradford, West Yorkshire . In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and frameworks to ensure the responsible and ethical development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will work closely with AI researchers, legal teams, and business stakeholders to navigate the complex ethical landscape of AI, ensuring compliance and fostering trust. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics principles, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and provide recommendations for mitigation.

• Facilitate discussions and training sessions on AI ethics and responsible innovation for internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Philosophy, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI ethics, technology governance, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and their societal implications.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ethical AI guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
