About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join their growing team in Cardiff . You will work closely with engineering, legal, and policy teams to establish best practices and frameworks for responsible AI. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and guidelines for ethical AI development and deployment.

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to AI ethics and governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or technology governance.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and potential ethical challenges (e.g., bias, privacy, accountability).
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing AI.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
