Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI ethics policies and governance frameworks.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems and applications.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on ethical AI principles and best practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in AI ethics and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulations.
• Investigate and address ethical concerns related to AI systems, ensuring fairness and mitigating bias.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
• Proven experience in developing ethical frameworks, policies, or governance structures, preferably related to technology.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts , machine learning, and their societal implications.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines concerning data privacy and AI ethics.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
