About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a principled and proactive AI Ethics & Governance Specialist to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and refine AI ethics principles, policies, and governance frameworks tailored for AI development and deployment.

• Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to integrate ethical considerations and safeguards into AI models and algorithms.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in AI ethics, responsible technology, technology governance, or a similar field.
• A strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts and their potential societal impacts.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
