About the Role
Our client is seeking a principled and proactive AI Ethics Officer to join their fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and frameworks to ensure the responsible and ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. You will work closely with legal, engineering, and product teams to navigate complex ethical challenges, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of responsible AI innovation. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with a deep understanding of AI's societal implications and a commitment to ethical best practices in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI development and deployment.

Requirements
- Advanced degree in Law, Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex ethical principles into practical guidance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
