About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated AI Ethics Specialist to join their team remotely, playing a crucial role in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. You will be responsible for establishing ethical guidelines, conducting impact assessments, and advising development teams on best practices to mitigate bias and promote fairness. This position is key to fostering trust and accountability in AI systems, working in a fully remote capacity with global teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and policies.

Requirements
- Degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science with an ethics focus, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications.
- Experience in policy development, risk assessment, or compliance, preferably within technology.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a nuanced understanding of ethical dilemmas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
