You will play a vital role in ensuring that the company's AI systems are developed and deployed ethically, fairly, and transparently. This position requires a unique blend of technical understanding, ethical reasoning, and policy awareness to guide the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics guidelines, frameworks, and best practices.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for new AI products and features.
• Advise product and engineering teams on ethical considerations in AI design and development.
• Monitor regulatory and societal trends related to AI ethics and bias mitigation.
• Contribute to internal and external communications on the company's commitment to responsible AI.

Requirements

• Degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
• Experience in assessing ethical risks or developing ethical frameworks, preferably in technology.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including bias, fairness, and accountability.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
