Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer – AI-Assisted Development
Duration: ASAP – 31st December 2026 (extension possible through 2027, up to 24 months expected)
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35

Location: London, hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite at Canary Wharf
We are seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to help deliver a modern enterprise asset management platform, driving end-to-end development across front-end, back-end, workflow, and cloud delivery layers using AI-assisted engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and support full stack features across a large-scale enterprise platform.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Develop scalable Java-based backend services and APIs.
- Create and optimise PostgreSQL database solutions.
- Implement workflow-driven processes using Camunda or similar BPM platforms.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerised deployments.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong enterprise-level Full Stack Engineering experience.
- React and TypeScript expertise.
- Strong Java backend and API development experience.
- PostgreSQL database knowledge.
- Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and agile teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Camunda or other BPM/workflow platform experience.
- Asset management or enterprise IT platform experience.
- ServiceNow HAM/ITAM exposure.
- Kubernetes, OpenShift or Docker experience.
