AI Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled AI Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the robust and scalable infrastructure that powers their advanced AI initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI development and deployment environments are efficient, reliable, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure for AI/ML workloads (e.g., compute, storage, networking).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security specific to AI applications.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of AI platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and system administration.
