AI/ML & Prompt Engineer for LLM, RAG & Voice Agent

QuantumLoopAI is seeking an AI/ML & Prompt Engineer to own the intelligence behind EMMA—the LLM and RAG systems powering our chatbot, voice agent and telephony services for GP surgeries. This hands-on role designs, builds and optimises models and prompts to understand patient needs and retrieve accurate clinical information.

You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive MLOps and governance as we scale healthcare AI across England.
