AI/ML Operations Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled AI/ML Operations Engineer to join their advanced technology team in Reading . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and scalable deployment and operation of our client's machine learning models and AI infrastructure. You will implement and manage MLOps pipelines, automate processes, and ensure the reliability and performance of AI systems in production. This is an excellent opportunity for an operations-focused engineer to play a key role in the lifecycle management of cutting-edge AI technologies, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage AI/ML models in production environments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure for scalable ML training and inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or ML Engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, model monitoring).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and understanding of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
