AI-Powered HRIS Integrations & Automation Specialist

Personio is seeking an integrations and AI specialist to design and build automation across the HRIS ecosystem. You will own the health of Personio and related tools, creating workflows that connect HRIS data with Slack, Jira, and other systems via APIs.

You will shape tooling, ensure data quality, and work with stakeholders across the People function. You’ll join a high-growth team and operate with a systems mindset, applying AI-curious design to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
