AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to guide the strategy, roadmap, and execution of their AI product portfolio in Stoke-on-Trent . This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, market insight, and strategic vision to identify opportunities and deliver AI-powered products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative AI solutions to market. Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Launch new AI products and features, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful technology products, preferably AI-related.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
