AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Product Manager to join their innovation hub in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities, market trends, and customer needs to deliver impactful solutions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to guide the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration, ensuring that our AI offerings provide significant value and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and user needs.
• Translate complex AI concepts and user requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams throughout the development process.
• Launch new AI products and features, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful market adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, their capabilities, and limitations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
