About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of their AI-powered product roadmap, based in Reading . You will be the bridge between technical AI teams and market needs, defining product vision, requirements, and go-to-market strategies for AI-driven features and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities, a keen sense of market trends, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our AI products deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify new product opportunities.
Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for AI/ML teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Prioritize the product backlog and manage development sprints to ensure timely delivery.
Launch new AI features and products, monitor their performance, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager , with a significant focus on AI or Machine Learning products.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and their application in product development.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex software products.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
