AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative AI Product Manager to lead the development of their next generation of AI-powered products. Based in Reading , you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities, market trends, and customer needs to create compelling products that deliver significant value. You will translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features and drive product success from conception through launch and beyond, contributing to the company's leadership in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Launch new AI features and products, and monitor their performance and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI or technology products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, AI concepts, and their applications.
• Excellent market analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Reading .
