AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client, a frontrunner in AI & Emerging Technologies , is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to join their hybrid team based in Bristol . This role is central to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products that deliver exceptional value to users and the business. You will work at the intersection of technology, design, and business, translating market needs and user insights into compelling product requirements. Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams, you will guide products from conception through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This hybrid role offers flexibility while maintaining crucial in-person collaboration for key strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid model, comfortable with both remote and in-office collaboration in Bristol .
