AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to lead the development of their next generation of intelligent products in Reading . This role involves defining the product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for AI-powered solutions, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of innovative AI products. This role is crucial for driving the company's AI-centric product vision forward within the Reading office.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research and user feedback.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Launch and iterate on AI products, monitoring their performance and market reception.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive product development from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
