AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative AI Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of their AI-powered products from their base in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence capabilities and a passion for translating complex technology into user-centric solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature backlog for AI-driven products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI features .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated focus on AI and machine learning products .
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent understanding of AI/ML technologies, capabilities, and their business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in agile environments in Edinburgh .
