AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic AI Product Manager to lead the development and growth of their AI product portfolio in Belfast . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market needs and user insights into innovative AI-powered features. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, market acumen, and strong leadership to champion AI initiatives from conception to launch. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, driving products that leverage artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems and create significant market value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven products, prioritizing features based on market analysis and business value.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and iterate on products to drive growth and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and launch successful products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
