AI Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to join their innovative team, with the role being predominantly remote, engaging with their operations connected to Glasgow . You will be instrumental in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered products. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, market insight, and user empathy to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling product features that deliver significant customer value. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring AI-driven products to market successfully, fostering a remote-first collaboration culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven features and products.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify new product opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and specifications for engineering teams.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business, or marketing. MBA or relevant Master's degree a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning capabilities, and their business applications.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and launch successful products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
