AI Solutions Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative AI Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions in Birmingham . You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical strategies, architecting scalable and efficient AI systems that leverage cloud infrastructure and emerging technologies. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI within the organization, working with a talented team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the AI & Emerging Technologies space and ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, encompassing data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring within cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and engineering teams, to understand requirements and define technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to meet project objectives and architectural standards.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural designs and demonstrate technical feasibility.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Define and document architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Solutions Architect or a similar senior technical role, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered AI projects.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Expertise in various machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
