Our client is seeking a practical and technically adept AI Solutions Engineer to join their team in Nottingham . You will be responsible for implementing and customizing AI solutions for clients, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated and meet specific business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach within an office-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and deploy AI software solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose effective AI solutions.
- Develop technical documentation and user guides for implemented solutions.
- Stay informed about new AI technologies and product updates to enhance client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in software implementation, system integration, or a technical support role.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and platforms is highly desirable.
