This role focuses on understanding client needs and architecting and implementing tailored AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business value, ensuring that our AI offerings meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for AI solutions.
• Design and configure AI solutions using cloud platforms and proprietary tools.
• Implement and customize AI models for specific client use cases.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to feedback client requirements and improve AI offerings.
• Develop training materials and conduct demonstrations for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical role, preferably with AI/ML exposure or client-facing responsibilities.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and platforms (e.g., cloud AI services, data analysis tools).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for translating technical concepts into business benefits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular collaboration in our Edinburgh office.
