Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

Essex / Home Counties / Central London £16£20 per hour + overtime (OTE £40k£55k) + van Were recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our commercial service team. All work is commercial, across Essex, the Home Counties and Central London. This role offers strong earning potential, paid door-to-door travel, and a realistic call-out rota with standby allowance. Systems worked on include: Air conditioning systems AHUs and ventilation plant Chillers and ASHPs What we offer: £16£20 per hour basic Paid door-to-door travel Regular overtime (typically up to 50 hours per month) Overtime rates Company van with personal use Specialist tools and equipment Phone PPE and uniform Monthly call-out rota What were looking for: Commercial Air Conditioning and Ventilation maintenance experience Full F-Gas qualification Organised, professional approach Good client-facing attitude
