Job Description
The Company
Our client is a well-established HVAC specialist with approximately 40 to 50 live contracts across London and the South East. They provide a full range of HVAC and mechanical services, working across commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers and ventilation systems.
The Role
This is a mobile position covering commercial sites across London. The majority of their current contracts are located throughout North West and South London, with occasional travel to Essex for training or business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Service visits and remedial works
- Pressure testing
- Refrigerant recovery and degassing
- Replacing faulty components
- Completing detailed service reports
- Liaising professionally with clients on site

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience working on Air Source Heat Pumps
- Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
- F-Gas qualified
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Commercial Gas qualifications (Gas Safe registered)
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
As you'll be representing the company on customer sites, you'll also be:
- A confident communicator
- Professional and customer-focused
- Able to produce clear and accurate service reports
Training & Development
The company is committed to developing its engineers and is happy to provide additional training where required. Training can be delivered at their Essex office or through external training providers to further develop your technical knowledge and manufacturer experience.
Package
- £50,000 to £55,000 basic salary
