About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly vigilant and skilled Air Traffic Controller to manage air traffic operations at a busy airport in Coventry . You will be responsible for safely and efficiently organizing the flow of aircraft on the ground and in the air, ensuring separation standards are maintained at all times. This role demands exceptional concentration, rapid decision-making abilities, and clear communication skills under pressure. Key Responsibilities

• Control aircraft movements within assigned airspace and on airport surfaces, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor weather conditions and alert pilots to potential hazards, providing essential flight information.
• Utilize advanced radar and communication systems to maintain situational awareness and coordinate with other air traffic control units.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and unusual situations, implementing contingency plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Current and valid Air Traffic Controller license and medical certificate.
• Proven experience in controlling air traffic in a similar environment.
