You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex aircraft electronic systems and components. Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, calibrate, and repair aircraft avionics systems, including navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic system malfunctions using specialized test equipment and diagnostic software.
- Interpret avionics schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on avionics equipment to ensure airworthiness.
- Document all maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent, accurately in the aircraft logbooks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in avionics technology and maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Avionics Technician .
- Strong understanding of aircraft electronic systems, including navigation, communication, autopilot, and radar systems.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in avionics engineering are highly desirable.
