Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by adhering to cabin safety regulations and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, attending to passenger needs and requests throughout the flight.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for departure.
• Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight amenities with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid or other necessary assistance.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere onboard, representing the airline's brand values.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness to perform duties, including standing for long periods and lifting.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel extensively.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
