Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop aircraft electrical power distribution systems, wiring harnesses, and control electronics.
- Perform detailed electrical load analysis, circuit design, and component selection.
- Integrate electrical systems into aircraft platforms, ensuring seamless interaction with other aircraft systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for electrical systems, verifying performance and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues encountered during development and testing.
- Maintain accurate electrical design documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft electrical systems design and integration.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, signal integrity, and avionics integration.
- Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, PSPICE).
- Experience with aircraft certification standards and testing protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
