About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and meticulous Aircraft Interior Technician to join their dynamic team in Bradford . This role is crucial for ensuring the comfort, safety, and aesthetic appeal of aircraft cabins. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and refurbishment of aircraft interior components, including seating, galleys, lavatories, and overhead bins. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will spend dedicated time on-site, collaborating with your team, and have flexibility for remote administrative tasks or planning. Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and modifications to aircraft interior components such as seats, carpets, sidewalls, and galleys.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of cabin systems, including lighting, entertainment, and lavatory facilities.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Ensure all work carried out meets strict aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to aircraft interiors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols in the Bradford facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Interior Technician or in a similar trade, such as upholstery, carpentry, or cabinetry.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with materials and techniques used in aircraft interior refurbishment.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, suitable for a hybrid work model .
