About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Aircraft Interior Technician to join their dedicated team in Bradford . This role focuses on the meticulous installation, repair, and refurbishment of aircraft cabin interiors, ensuring a high standard of passenger comfort and safety. You will work with a variety of materials and systems within the aircraft cabin, contributing to the overall passenger experience. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and refurbish aircraft seating, galleys, lavatories, and other cabin interior components.
• Perform modifications to cabin interiors according to approved technical data and cabin configuration plans.
• Work with a range of materials including fabrics, plastics, composites, and metals.
• Ensure all work complies with aviation safety regulations and cabin interior standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to cabin electrical systems, lighting, and entertainment systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Aircraft Interior Technician or in a related upholstery, carpentry, or finishing trade.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to interior fit-out and repair.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations pertaining to cabin interiors.
• Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
