About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their operational team in Stoke-on-Trent . This hands-on role is essential for ensuring the continued airworthiness and operational readiness of our client's fleet. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on various aircraft types, adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. This on-site position demands a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of aircraft maintenance in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and servicing of aircraft according to technical manuals and regulations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and repair.
• Document all maintenance actions accurately in the aircraft logbooks and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the overall upkeep and organization of the maintenance facility.

Requirements

• Recognized aviation maintenance certification (e.g., EASA Part-66 or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician , with a strong understanding of airframe and engine systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience working with various types of aircraft and associated maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
