Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed stress analysis and structural integrity assessments for aircraft components and assemblies using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Validate analytical results through component testing and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize structural designs for weight reduction and performance enhancement.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal reviews and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure all structural design and analysis activities comply with relevant aerospace standards and regulations.
• Participate in failure investigations and recommend solutions for structural issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft stress analysis or structural engineering.
• Proficiency in FEA software such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and structural dynamics.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and certification processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
