Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design validation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
- Develop and review structural repair schemes and modifications for aircraft airframes.
- Create detailed drawings and technical documentation for structural components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure seamless implementation of structural designs and repairs.
- Investigate structural failures or damage, determining root causes and recommending solutions.
- Ensure all structural activities comply with aviation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with a focus on structures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft structures design, analysis, or repair.
- Proficiency with FEA software (e.g., NASTRAN, CATIA Analysis).
- Strong understanding of composite and metallic materials used in aerospace applications.
- Knowledge of aerospace structural design principles and certification requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
