About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Aircraft Structures Engineer to join their innovative design and engineering team in Liverpool . Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop aircraft structural components and systems using CAD software and engineering principles.
• Perform stress analysis, fatigue life assessment, and structural integrity calculations using FEA software.
• Conduct and oversee structural testing, including static and dynamic load testing, to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and meet assembly requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for structural designs and analyses.
• Stay abreast of new materials, technologies, and methodologies in aircraft structural design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Aircraft Structures Engineer or in a similar design/analysis role.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., NASTRAN, ABAQUS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and failure modes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
