Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and stress calculations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Design and develop aircraft structural components, considering materials, manufacturing processes, and weight optimization.
• Generate technical drawings, specifications, and reports for structural designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to resolve structural issues.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant aviation regulations and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on structures.
• Proven experience in aircraft structures design and analysis.
• Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., NASTRAN, ANSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials and manufacturing techniques.
