About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aircraft Systems Engineer to join their innovative team in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate various aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems.
• Perform system requirements analysis, definition, and validation throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation, documenting results accurately.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure system components meet specifications and quality standards.
• Develop technical documentation, including system specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
• Identify and resolve complex system-level issues, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer in the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems architecture, integration, and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools and software (e.g., DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment in Reading .
