About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and diligent Aircraft Systems Technician to join their operational team in Stoke-on-Trent . This hands-on role is crucial for maintaining the complex systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of our client's aircraft. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and implement corrective actions following technical manuals.
• Perform routine checks and functional tests on various aircraft components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
• Document all maintenance activities and report any discrepancies or issues encountered.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Systems Technician or a similar role in aviation maintenance.
• Strong understanding of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
