Airport Operations Manager: 4-on 4-off, Service Excellence

ABM is seeking an Operations Manager at Bristol Airport to lead the operation, supervise staff and drive service excellence. You will deputise for the Senior Operations Manager and work closely with airlines and the airport authority to deliver high standards of customer experience.

The role requires 40 hours per week with 4 on 4 off shifts and the ability to manage shifts and rostering across the operation. Strong IT skills, especially in Power BI and AvTech, are essential.
