ALN Teaching Assistant — One-to-One Support & Growth

Equal-Teaching is seeking a compassionate Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 3–19 in a specialist ALN school environment in Wales. The role offers daily pay at £90–£100 and requires Child and Adult DBS clearance.

You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support, promote inclusion and build student confidence across ages 3–19.
